This short awareness course is aimed at anyone who requires knowledge as a Fire Warden or a Fire Marshal. It also clarifies the roles and duties of employees and their responsibilities on Fire Safety.

- Know the hazards and risks associated with fire in the workplace
- Understand how fire risk is controlled in the workplace
- Know the principles and practice of fire safety management at work
- Understand the role of the nominated fire warden on a day-to-day basis; during an emergency and if they are not in their designated areas of responsibility when the alarm is raised
Course duration 3 hours
Audience: This course is aimed at anyone who requires knowledge on the Importance of Fire Safety, the law connected to risk assessment and fire safety at work. The course covers also evacuating procedures and fireproofing home.
Assessment: The course will be assessed by a short multichoice questionnaire
Pre-Requisites: No previous experience is required for this course, but learners must be over the age of 14.
